This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Duly authorized representatives The representatives from Consolidated Retirement Fund warrant and represent that they individually have full authority to enter into this agreement. Entire content This agreement sets forth the entire terms and conditions of the agreement between Consolidated Retirement Fund. These terms and conditions shall only be altered, amended, varied or added to by means of a written agreement signed by both Parties or their duly appointed representatives.
